Terms of Service

Welcome to GLP1Stocks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GLP1Stocks platform operated by GLP-1 Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using GLP1Stocks, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

GLP1Stocks is an information and education platform covering the GLP-1 pharmaceutical industry, including publicly traded companies, market activity, clinical trials, regulatory developments, and access issues. The service is provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, medical advice, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer for details.

Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining the security of your password
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify existing subscribers of price changes at least 30 days in advance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or attempt to extract data en masse without permission
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
  • Post or submit content that is false, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or harmful
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our systems

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, GLP-1 Scores, analysis, and design — is owned by GLP-1 Studio LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

If you submit content to the Platform (such as comments or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform.

No Guarantees

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, timely, or error-free. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLP-1 Studio LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data loss, investment losses, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which GLP-1 Studio LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
